During previous CHIP meetings, we identified a growing need for increased education and awareness around the many services and programs each partner provides to the community. Due to this identified need, we will be hosting a networking activity at this year’s CHIP Annual Review meeting. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to share information about the services your organization provides to the community, learn about the work of other organizations, and identify opportunities for future collaboration. To participate in the networking activity, please review the directions below and submit your organization’s poster to firstname.lastname@example.org by COB on Monday, February 24, 2020.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and we agree. So, we would like to invite you to share your organization’s “Story Image”, which will be printed and on display at our annual review meeting of the Duval County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). What’s a Story Image? It tells an organization’s story through one AMAZING photograph. We are providing a Story Image Poster Template and example poster, and tips to help you choose the best image (below). The goal of this exercise is to increase education and awareness around all the work happening in our community and help us identify areas for collaboration.
Tips to find the perfect photo:
- Think about your organization’s mission.
- Choose one picture that best tells your organization’s story.
- Using a photo that is unique and will make an impression.
- You can use brand or stock photography.
